19 Delicious No-cook Meals For The Summer

It’s summertime; long sunny hot days followed by hot nights! With the summer heat comes a bit of laziness. Not sure about you, but on those hot days, I refuse to turn on the oven or spend time over a pot or skillet on the stove. While there are other cooking methods to use (like the grill and the slow cooker), there are sometimes when we can’t bring ourselves near any source of additional heat.

Moreover, when the sun is scorching, and we feel like a sticky mess, the last thing we crave is a hot meal. So instead, we prefer to opt for simple, no-cook meals that will keep us both satisfied and cool.

I have rounded up 19 no-cook recipes you can prepare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to keep you full and satisfied when it’s too hot to cook a full meal. They’re quick and easy and will be perfect for enjoying all summer.

Be sure to add these recipes to your back pocket, and take a moment and pin some of your favorites.

Ok, let’s get started!

Salads

A salad is ideal for a no-fuss lunch or dinner on long hot days. What I especially love is their versatility. You can grab whatever produce you’ve at hand, and with a few chops of a knife, you have a one-bowl meal with all the rainbow colors. It could be as simple as a mix of baby lettuces dressed with a light vinaigrette or a hearty affair of bold flavors filled with vegetables, fruit, cheese, and nuts.

Salads are a great way to use up those leftovers and get creative with what you have in your refrigerator at the moment.

Here are eleven fresh and pretty summer salad recipes to make when the weather heats this summer.
