Five Years and Counting

Five Years and Counting

Hello, my friends!

Yes! Primal Mediterranean Gourmet is already 5 years old!  Happy Blogiversary!

Five years ago, I was penning my first blogpost for Primal Mediterranean Gourmet around this time. I was so excited to begin blogging and share my recipes, yet there was a hint of fear and anxiety.

I was so cautious of every word, paying particular attention to every sentence, every paragraph. After all, it was the first time I was about to publish my thoughts, the first time I would bring my voice out to the whole world.

A zillion of questions was spinning in my head…

What if they don’t like what I say? What if they don’t want my recipes?

But I took a deep breath and went ahead and hit the publish button. My desire to share my passion for cooking won over my anxiety and fear and built something beautiful.

I have been away from blogging for the last two years due to life-changing events. Now things have settled, and I am returning with a renewed energy and fresh ideas!

Are you curious to find out what’s cooking in my humble kitchen? Here is a sneak peek…

A big thank you to all my loyal readers, and welcome to all my new readers! You mean a lot to me and this blog.

It is so encouraging and empowering to know that someone out there on this world wide web reads my blog, gets inspired, and relates to me in one way or another.

I am beyond grateful, and you all inspire me to continue.
