Notes

Recipe Tips

  • Pat dry the fruit so you don't add extra liquid to the parfait. It will make the granola soggy and mushy.
  • Choose the best fruit- For best-tasting results, look for ripe, fresh seasonal fruit.
  • Break up any large granola chunks - Granola can clump together. Break up these clumps to ensure it has an even consistency when you layer them in.

Make-Ahead

You can prepare these yogurt parfaits ahead of time. If you are using a single part container jar, put the granola as the TOP layer to avoid it becoming very mushy, and keep in mind that it will lose some of its crunchiness. If you can purchase these containers or these ones, you can separate the granola from the fruit and yogurt, and it will remain crunchy.

Storage

Store these yogurt parfaits covered airtight with plastic wrap or the jar cover (if you are using jars) in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
